Which care plan fits you?
Basic Care is $79 a month, Standard Care is $149, and Care Plus is $250. These five questions help you figure out which one to ask for.
1. Do you just need the site kept safe and running?
- Yes, that's all. Basic Care covers hosting, security and software updates, backups, and uptime checks.
- I'd also like someone to call on. Standard Care adds fast direct support.
2. How often do you need changes to your site?
- Rarely. Basic Care.
- A few small edits a month. Standard Care includes up to 1 hour of small edits a month.
- More than that. Care Plus includes up to 2 hours of edits a month.
3. Do missed calls cost you work?
- Not really. Basic or Standard Care.
- Yes. Care Plus adds missed-call text-back: every missed call gets a friendly text right away, so you don't lose the job.
4. How important is Google Business Profile and local search?
- Not a priority right now. Basic Care.
- Important. Standard Care and Care Plus include Google Business Profile help and local SEO monitoring.
- Not on a care plan? Google Profile Care keeps your Google listing up to date for $99/mo.
5. Does your site send auto texts or replies?
- No. Basic or Standard Care.
- Yes, like a site chat or missed-call follow-up. With Care Plus, we keep your auto texts and replies up to date.
